After growing up in a military family and moving to a different spot on the globe every two years, Heidi Wehring eventually made Houston her permanent home. Once landing here, Heidi enjoyed a successful career as a an international flight attendant with Continental Airlines and perfected her talent for customer service. In 2012, she began the transition from flight attendant to Realtor and has been busy helping Houstonians buy and sell their homes ever since.
Heidi holds a bachelor degree in business management and is also a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. She holds certifications as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE). In 2015, she was selected to participate and graduated from the Texas Association of Realtors Leadership Program (TRLP). In addition to her education, she possesses a natural ability to put clients at ease by consistently communicating with them and listening to their needs.
While Heidi thrives on finding and negotiating the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood for her clients, she is just as excited about the due diligence involved in selling homes. From the staging and photography to negotiating the best price for her clients, she is committed to excellent service throughout the entire process. Investors enjoy Heidi's ability to find unique properties and her devotion to acting quickly on their behalf.
Heidi and her husband Mark live in Spring Valley and have two daughters, Emma and Grace. Heidi is an active member and supporter of the PTA at her daughters school and also serves on the fundraising committee. She co-chairs the Outreach from Within program that helps children in need. Her devotion to helping others doesn't stop at people either, as she supports the SPCA and CAP animal rescue organizations. And ever passionate about Houston real estate, she serves on the board of her neighborhood Homeowners Association. In her downtime, Heidi enjoys kickboxing, Pilates, reading and family dinners.
